With reference to Sir William Peel's despatch No.15 of the 14th January, 1932, I have the honour to enclose for your information the accompanying copies of six resolutions passed by the Legislative Council at a meeting held on the 6th October, 1932.

In each case your permission had previously been obtained to carry out the work in question and to

charge the cost to loan funds.
